Point Bluehost domain to GoDaddy by changing the name servers

1. Log in to your Control Panel at Bluehost.

2. Scroll down to the Domain Management section and click on Domain Manager.

3. Select your domain from the list on the left and click on the Name Servers tab.

4. Select ‘Use Custom Nameservers’ option, paste the name servers of your GoDaddy account in the boxes below and click on the Save Nameservers Settings button.

After the DNS propagation, the newly added name servers should start resolve properly from your account with GoDaddy.

Point Bluehost domain to GoDaddy by changing the A Record

1. Log in to your Control Panel at Bluehost.
2. Click on the Domains tab, select your domain from the drop-down menu under Select a Domain and click on the Reload button.

3. Locate the @ entry for you’re A Record and click on the Edit button.

4. Now you need to edit the IP address under Points to. Paste the A record of your GoDaddy account there and save the changes.

Congratulations! The A record should start resolving as pointed to your GoDaddy account once the DNS propagation finishes.
