In order to display the source code of a page that has this option blocked, just add the following in the beginning of the page address:
view-source:
For example, if I want to check the source code of Google.com, instead of clicking on View Page Source, I will go ahead and add view-source: to https://www.google.com:
view-source:https://www.google.com/
